Breast Augmentation Textured Round Implants
This is the case of a 54-year-old female with A cup size breasts seeking breast augmentation. There was some preoperative asymmetry due to scoliosis affecting the anterior chest wall. Two high profile round and textured silicone gel implants by Sientra® were chosen after proper preoperative measurements. The incision line was made along the inferior breast fold. The left side was a 240cc implant and the right side was a 280cc implant to give her closer symmetry. The patient was very pleased with the results.
