This is the case of a 37-year-old female with a history of breast volume loss after pregnancy. She desired bilateral breast augmentation. She was other wise healthy. She taken to the operating room whereby she was fitted with sizers first intraoperatively to ascertain the best size to fit the breast pockets. She eventually received 2 Mentor Moderate Profile-Plus silicone cohesive gel implants, size 350 cc each, through an incision at each lower breast fold (i.e. the inframammary fold). There were no complications and the patient received a good aesthetic result.
