Breast Augmentation-Gender Reassignment
This is the case of a 27-year-old female who is undergoing gender reassignment. In this part of her progression, she desired bilateral breast augmentation. After proper measurements and placement of the inframammary fold she was taken to the operating room. She was fitted with bilateral 300cc high profile style 20 Natrelle® cohesive smooth round silicone gel implants. The incisions were both inframammary. She was very pleased with the results. Before and after pictures are shown. The After pictures shown are 2 years since her surgery.
