This is the case of an 18-year-old male with enlarged breasts, also known as gynecomastia. He sought cosmetic correction of both breasts with minimal scarring. He was brought to the operating room under general anesthesia to perform the procedure. Using a small semicircular incision along the inferior border of the nipple/areola, both breast mounds were reduced. The patient did very well with a good result. The left side needs a slight inferior skin reduction to match the right better, but the patient is pleased with the results overall. The photos are only 1 month postoperative and some skin retraction may still occur. If not the revision is a simple excision of skin and tissue to correct it.
