Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) and Torso Lift
This is the case of a 58-year-old female breast cancer survivor who came in for a consult inquiring about a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty due to hanging abdominal tissue. She had a previous breast reconstruction performed. She underwent a tummy tuck abdominoplasty but then came in many months later seeking a posterior torso lift or tuck. We performed the tummy tuck first and then many months later she had the posterior lower torso lift. These can be done at the same time also if the patient desires. Here are the preop and post-op tummy tuck photos. The patient was pleased with the results with a significant reduction in fat around the abdomen and better body sculpting from the flanks to the center of her belly.
